OBSTACLES TO WOMEN’S MEANINGFUL PARTICIPATION IN PEACE EFFORTS IN UKRAINE
This report was submitted for the Universal Periodic Review of Ukraine in November 2017. It draws attention to obstacles to women’s meaningful political participation in Ukraine, reviewing the impact of austerity measures on women’s economic and social rights and the impact of stigmatising organisations working for dialogue. This is a joint submission by WILPF and Ukranian NGOs.
