Tura,

This is useful. Am going to be on a Panel after a Reading of Rachel
Corrie's Story at the Interact Theatre here in Phlly.

Have been helping with Resources in the WILPF office. think about it
I/or someone can respond with related literature which you might want to
be brought to Congress, while they are available.

Let me know

Subject: [WCUSP] WILPF action re: Middle East

Here are three items from Mazin Qumsiyeh who is with Wheels of Justice
(www.justicewheels.org) "nonviolent education and action against war and
occupation in Iraq and Palestine for justice and universal human
rights." You may join Mazin's list (2-3 messages per week) by sending a
blank message to

wheelsofjustice-subscribe at lists.riseup.net

The first is an article about US arms transfers to Israel which echoes
reports we have made during the WCUSP campaign, with more sources and
more facts. Handy to use in work you may be doing.

The second is a link to several video interviews with Mordechai Vanunu
about the nuclear threat posed by Israel. WILPF members have been
active in speaking and organizing on a nuclear free Middle East.

And finally, an update on the situation in Gaza. We still have
postcards that you can send to Congress and the presidential candidates
as part of our "stop the siege" campaign. Contact me if you would like
some and give me your mailing address. I will bring the remainder of
the cards to our congress next month.
