[WCUSP] cluster bombs in Lebanon

Hi all,

Our Phila. WILPF branch has a Military Issues Committee which had a program yesterday on cluster bombs, called "Bombies."  It was very informative and very moving.  It was about U.S. bombing of Laos.

I had been asked to do a short presentation on cluster bombs used by Israel against Lebanon.  I'm  attaching that informal report.  You may find it interesting.

Hope you're all well, and hope many of you plan to attend WILPF Congress in June in Iowa.
