[WCUSP] Support the Annapolis meeting

Dear all, Libby has a point and we have the WILPF
letter that Barb with help from Odile have written
which addresses  the inclusion of Hamas in the
Annapolis meeting. In peace Yvonne.
  I am also asking our branch if they want to be part
of the start off National  events on the 27th of
November on the 60th year of the Israeli occupation of
Palestine.
