[WCUSP] Support the Annapolis meeting

I have serious questions about this Brit Tzedek position.  Is it consistent 
with a WILPF position?  The exclusion of Hamas in negotiations, for 
instance, should not be a WILPF position.  Don't we call for all parties to 
the "conflict" to be included?  The bill in Congress is a mixed bag.  We 
need our own position.
