[WCUSP] Pat's second surgery

Dear all, Pat sends the love and concern back to you
all. She survived the second surgery very well. The
cancer was not removed because it was on the bone
which have lost its density and is  brittle but the
rest of the screws were put in and the surgeon said
that radiation should remove the rest. He does want to
perform another op. The collar she wears and shall
wear for another three months makes her look like a
queen and today we shall adorn it with jewels. Her
daughter and I are taking turns in sleeping and being
with Pat during the day. She is educating the women
and men Doctors, nurses, cleaners all the time in a
cheerfull way which is delightfull. I send my healing
and love to Int and national WILPF that we have the
courage and understanding to change the negativity
back into the wonderful organization of wonderful
people that we are. Pat always says that members
should know the history of WILPF from why and how the
women got together in 1915 and the results. It takes
courage and we have it. In Peace Yvonne
