I don't see that we are being asked to sign on--
if the WCUSP campaign wants US WILPF to sign on, then we can do that much 
more efficiently if we get a request stating that the campaign leadership 
team has discussed this, agrees and considers it important for WILPF to sign 
on, and why. Then we need to know exactly where and by what date our support 
should be sent in. This sounds bureaucratic but this is actually what the 
Disarm! committee has done for the sign ons we have implemented for them. 
The sign on process is cumulatively very time-consuming and so it helps to 
have a clear statement from the committee or campaign most involved 
advocating for our signing on and why this one is important. In this case we 
have not been asked for a sign on by the originators of the statement.
