  Did he mean the greenhouses?  They were not destroyed.  They were bought by some rich Americans. Wolfenson, formerly of the World Bank, put some of his own money into the venture.  Unfortunately, Israel did now allow export of the produce so the greenhouses proved useless because Palestinians in Gaza can't afford to buy much.

  A Minor point sisters but perhaps one of you can help inform me. I am in a letter to editor debate in one of Santa Cruz's weekly....up to the third round.....twice my 'opponet debator' has mentioned that after Jewish settlers were removed from Gaza, the Palestineans destroyed some remaining nurseries........I can't recall the circumstances or the reasons given but I would like to know as he uses this as proof that the Palestineans are incapable of running a prospering economy.....I know all the ways they have been prevented from doing so...honest.....just the nursery story if one of you knows....Thanks!
