There was a press conference today organized by the MYRTOE campaign in
response to the letter from Mishlev.  Included in this e-mail are the
documents in English and Arabic (as translated by MYRTOE):

- the letter from Mishlev (four scanned separate pages in English)
- Arabic translation of the Mishlev letter
- press conference statement in English and Arabic

The procedures outlined by the Mishlev letter have not yet been implemented,
but If they are implemented as outlined, it will make it almost impossible
for an individual to go to the West Bank and everyone (individuals and
groups) will have to have a special permit to enter the West Bank, as is now
the case with going to Gaza.

Somehow the impression has been created that the Mishlev letter has resolved
the entry/re-entry issues, but many are still being refused entry at Ben
Gurion airport and the bridges.
