Dear Libby,

This is exactly what I was trying to alert you to when you were
calling for restoring US aid, most of US aid has to do with arm
deals and supporting ethnics or different groups fighting, divide to
conquer is an old adage, when we look at the long history of
US interventions, in many cases civil war follows.

But the arms deals that Israel and US have done in Palestine
are still fairly new since last June and of course the hope is that civil war
would ensue. It would destroy completly the Palestinian society.

For the ones that study wars such as the Peace Science Society civil war
rarely stay within their parameter, war is contagious. Civil war in Palestine
would also be a way to destabilize Israel in the long run. A true right wing
agenda! Again the Hegelian philosophy war advance society therefore you
arm both sides of the conflict! Definitely not feminist and not WILPF!
