This paper is the result of the Ann Arbor WILPF branch' s work
in producing a conference at the UM on "Women and Security."
last December. We specially have to give credit to Susan
Wright, who was the main "midwife" of this process.
As you can see it is not specific on the Middle East but on
Gender and War but it is the kind of papers we hope to get
with the visioning project. This kind of analysis we
would like to start having discussions on and developing.
Although this kind of analysis can also be applied to the
Middle East.
The author of this paper is Dr Laura Sjoberg, she also wrote
a paper on gendering & the anti nuclear movement with Felicity
Hill, sorry I do not have the proper name of the tittle next to me.
I hope you can open the attachement.
