Hi all, I believe that we in US WILPF need to get more
critical of US and Israeli policies against any viable
solution to the occupation of Palestine. With the help
of the US government Israel is committing "terrorist"
acts and not being held accountable. How many years
has it taken to divide Palestine into two parts, the
Gaza and West Bank while the Israeli government and
the settlements continue to take Palestinian land,
water, economical and health viability while enclosing
the Palestinans off from their love ones with walls
and fences? When are we going to stop comparing
Palestinian violence with that of the State of Israel
and United States of America? When are we going to
realize that the incarceration of males over the age
of 15 years old in Palestine and Iraq will bring peace
and justice? When will the US government learn that
transferring Israeli tactics in the invasion of Iraq
did not help win over the hearts and minds of the
Iraqi people only identify US collaborators? When an
animal is trapped by a predator it often tries
anything to escape but usually agressiveness and might
wins. So many innocent people of Israel, Palestine
and Iraq have been mentally and physically
damaged. What has happened to the Universal Declaration
of Human Rights this world. I believe that we must
stop pandering to the agressors. Letting go of anger,
violence and hate FOR love hugs and peace Yvonne.
