[WCUSP] Ashrawi Address in Durbin August 2001

It has been five years since Hanan Ashrawi delivered this address at the UN 
Conference on Racism..it bears revisiting now that Carter's book is opening the 
door to discussion..why is it we pay attention to Carter but not to a 
Palestinian woman?
