ah Joan...speaking out and expressing an opinion is one thing but doing it in a way that demeans  others and can't possibly lead to good feelings (probably just one more of e-mail disadvantages) is a downer and not a productive one.....I now withdraw from any more discussion about past use or 'misuse' of money..I look forward to all discussions about positive present and future actions.....In peace....Joyce McLean

  I agree with J. McLean that our country's foreign policy is a source of great frustration for all peace lovers and that WILPF is not good at raising money, but neither of these issues has a bearing on WILPF's failure to protect its assets. I do not agree that we should be silent on this very serious management problem.
